I was about to leave when the phone rang.  ဖုန္းၿမည္ခဲ့တဲ့အခ်ိန္မွာ က်ေနာ္ထြက္ခြာခါနီးေလးပဲ။

according to (someone or something) – as said or told by someone, in agreement with something, in the order of something (တစ္ဦးတစ္ေယာက္ေၿပာသည့္အတိုင္း၊ တစ္ခုခုမွာ သေတာတူမွဳကိုၿပၿခင္း၊ တစ္ခုခုအရ။)

According to our teacher, there will be no class next week. ငါတို႕ဆရာေၿပာပံုအရေတာ့္ ေနာက္တစ္ပတ္အတန္းမရိွဘူး။
